UNFI — FY2026 Annual Report Analysis
UNFI's fiscal 2026 (ended August 1, 2026) sales fell 2.0% to $31.15 billion while net income swung to $84 million from a $118 million loss and Adjusted EBITDA rose 27% to $701 million — a profit recovery built on exiting roughly $1 billion of low-margin Conventional volume and closing distribution centers rather than on selling more.
